30 Day Return Policy

At Massif, we are proud of the gear we make and want to make sure that you, the end user, are always taken care of. If you purchased your Massif product directly from Massif (I.e. through the website or directly through customer service) and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. For returns or exchanges after 30 days, please see our Product Warranty.

No return or exchange will be accepted without a Return Authorization number from Customer Service – please complete the form below to start the process. 

  • A return/exchange is typically processed within two weeks from our receiving your return. We will notify you via email when your return/exchange has been processed.
  • If you purchased your Massif product from an authorized dealer, please contact the dealer for instructions on how best to return to them.
  • Please note that all discontinued items found on our Clearance page are final sale and not eligible for returns/exchanges. 
  • You are responsible for return shipping cost and original shipping costs.

We do not accept exchanges for International orders.  For International returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  • Item must have been purchased directly from Massif.
  • Submit a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving.
  • Item must be clean, unused, and undamaged.
  • Item must include the original hang tags.
