MASSIF PRODUCT WARRANTY

Massif (Company) offers the following product warranty on all products purchased from the Company or an authorized dealer:

The Company warrants that its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. The Company shall, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of a defective product. All claims must be received by Company within thirty (30) days after expiration of the warranty period. This warranty shall be void if the Company determines that a product has been misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident or other causes, or purchased from someone other than the Company or an authorized dealer. The exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty shall be repair, replacement, or refund. OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED HEREIN, COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND ANY WARRANTY IMPOSED BY COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

If you purchased your Massif product from an authorized dealer, please contact the dealer for instructions.

No warranty returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Products must be laundered prior to return.
