Take your measurements over your basic undergarments normally worn. Stand erect without shoes with your feet shoulder width apart. For circumference measurements, make sure to keep the tape measure parallel to the floor. Determine your measurements following the directions below.
CHEST – With arms down, measure around the fullest part of your chest. WAIST – Measure around the narrowest part of your torso. HIP/SEAT – Measure around the fullest point of your hip/seat. THIGH – Measure around your thigh, 1″ below crotch. Thighs often differ between legs; measure both and use larger measurement. INSEAM – Measure from crotch point to the floor. Make sure you are standing with your weight balanced and posture straight.
