PFS RMA + RTS Form
The PFS RMA + RTS Form is used by PFS to inform Massif’s Warehouse Team that an RMA has been processed or to inform that a customer’s shipment has unexpectedly been returned to PFS. Complete this form for each individual RMA or RTS. Once this form is submitted, a copy will be emailed to support@productfulfillmentsolutions.com, and Massif will be back in touch in approximately 3 business days with an update. Thank you!
