At Massif, you’ll be part of a creative team striving every day to make clothing that protects individuals every time they put on our gear.
Dream with us and be a part of apparel history with some of the most industrious and curious people around. Our best is yet to come.
Our passion is to design and create advanced technical apparel that protects the United States Military and those working in the world’s most challenging environments.
Massif designs and manufactures the most comfortable, technologically advanced, flame-resistant apparel in the world. Much of our fabric is made at our affiliate, Antex Knitting Mills and Matchmaster Dyeing & Finishing in Los Angeles. This vertical integration provides Massif with unique opportunities, other similar organizations don’t enjoy. We are involved in every step of our processes, and this hands-on approach make us unique in the Flame Resistant apparel space. For example, we test our garments in-house, can make modifications quickly, and then sew the changes in-house for quicker turnaround on design, planning, and manufacturing. We take pride in being open-minded and utilizing user feedback to improve our gear. This is but one reason we have over five million garments fielded for the U.S. Army alone.
Founded in 1999 in the small Pacific Northwest town of Ashland, Oregon, we offer a casual, open work environment, a collaborative team, competitive salary, benefits, and plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth. Massif seeks like-minded individuals who thrive in an open office environment, carry a positive team attitude, and encompass a passion toward purpose-built apparel. We strive to stay focused on our strengths, with the end goal in mind --- making the safest, most comfortable, useable, and advanced technical clothing possible. We emphasize the hashtag, #TeamMassif because that is exactly what we are, and what we believe in; a team approach.
Never a group to sit on our laurels, we strive to assure Massif gear exceeds our customers' expectations. Our low return rate, less than half a percent, is proof-positive. Getting Massif to where it is today comes from tremendous effort and passion during Massif’s four and a half day workweek. Friday afternoons are for personal time and/or get a jumpstart on getting out in the wilds of Oregon for the weekend. We would love for you to be part of our over-achieving team; bring your creative skills to our unique community, and beautiful state. What do you say?
Hiring from all over the country, from all different backgrounds and lifestyles, broadens our abilities, and diversity is one of our key strengths. Embracing our differences and constantly challenging each other to make Massif gear better is at our core. We share in the victories and embrace challenges, together. We’d love your new and unique ideas to be a part of our process. A process that includes thinking about more than just clothes. We want our team figuring out how to take a garment and make it better, more functional, more useable, and more comfortable. A necessity for prolonged success.
