No return or exchange will be accepted without a Return Authorization number from Customer Service. Products must be returned in original condition. Note we do not pay incoming shipping cost or refund original shipping cost.
A return/exchange is typically processed within two weeks from our receipt of products. We will notify you via email when your return/exchange has been processed.
