ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – 30 DAY Return Policy

We’re proud of our gear and want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange purchases made by Phone or through MASSIF.COM within 30 days. If the product was not purchased through MASSIF.COM, please contact the place of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that authorized dealers of Massif products are not held to the same 30 day return/exchange policy offered for purchases made directly through Massif.

Garments need to be returned in original condition and will be inspected prior to processing a return or exchange. Please call or email our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization Form (RA). 1-888-4-MASSIF or CustomerService@massif.com ..

Please have the following information available to complete your return/exchange:

  • Original Web Order Number
  • Item(s) being exchanged or returned
  • Item(s) you wish to exchange
  • Full contact information

Please note that you must have an RA number for us to accept returns. Returns without a clearly marked RA number will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

A return/exchange is typically processed within two weeks from the time we receive the products at our warehouse. Please note the original shipping cost is not refunded.

We will notify you via email when your return or exchange has been processed.
