Product Engineer

Massif is seeking an experienced Product Engineer to manage the construction, pattern, and size specification details for all Massif garments through the entire product life cycle. This individual will coordinate with Design, Product Development, Production, and Company management to ensure accurate completion of patterns that reflect desired fit and manufacturability objectives. He or she must be able to manage priorities and timelines while maintaining the highest quality in product output. This is a full-time position. Occasional travel required.

 Degree in textiles with specialized skills in pattern drafting, grading, fitting, draping, alterations and marker making

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in patternmaking
• Advanced sewing skills
• Experience managing other employees preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, Adobe Illustrator web searching, etc.)
• Proficiency with computerized patternmaking technology, including apparel CAD systems such as Gerber’s PDS Accumark™ software
